A Working Group for People That Employ People

And care about those people.

I've been hearing and feeling a lot of fear & anxiety as the Covid pandemic unfolds from those of us that are responsible for part of all of other peoples' livelihoods. The full extent of the economic impact remains unknown, which taxes our leadership. This is a working group for micro employers to share, problem solve, and give and receive support.

Some questions that may be on your mind:

How do we balance care for ourselves & care for our people?
What options are available?
How do we approach cash flow & contingency planning in volatile times?
How can we support eachother?
If cuts are necessary, how can we practice compassion & care and minimize harm?

We'll meet via Zoom. I may provide some cash flow planning or other resources, but otherwise will loosely facilitate discussion. Come with questions, resources, anxieties, and openness to support others.

This is for you:

You're a small business owner who employs 1-20 people in any capacity.
You're interested in support and creative problem solving in a compassionate group setting.
You're willing to share what you know.
You don't have all the answers either.

We will be capping the group number for this event on. If there's sufficient interest, we'll do our best to create more space. Maybe this is a one time thing... maybe we keep meeting... we'll be listening and evolving.
